With so much mass production in the market, it’s refreshing to find handmade leather shoes for women and luxury leather handbags that contradict this practice.
We work with some of the best artisanal and independent shoemakers in Italy, Portugal and Spain. You can’t get better than Naples, Milan, Florence, Arezzo, Venice and Alicante for shoemaking. The craftsmen and women in these regions are experts in what they produce, often having passed on their knowledge from generation to generation.
Alberto Zago
Alberto Zago is an independent family run business near Milan, the fashion capital of Italy. We work directly with Alberto Junior and his wife to create a gorgeous, exclusive edit of luxury handmade women’s shoes every season that you won’t find elsewhere. We love working with them because while we’re about the detail, they’re about bringing touches of femininity to every design.
Emma Go
Emma Go produces excellent quality, modern and functional shoes with colours and materials influenced by cultural experiences, travel and music. They hand make each pair near Alicante in Spain, a region known for its long tradition of good quality craftsmanship. Their local suppliers all receive a fair salary and use chrome free leather which is better for the environment. You’ll therefore receive beautiful shoes that you can wear comfortably and in good conscience.

Designed in Marseille, each pair of 0-105 trainers has a mix of Italian leathers selected from prestigious tanners in Tuscany and Veneto. We love them for their range of decisively chic and modern collections inspired by urban culture.
From serrated edges to pops of colour, 0-105 have perfected getting the little details just right, making them stand out from the competition. And that’s not all, you’ll receive two pairs of laces in different colours, which is basically two styles in one!
Sirio
Sirio is another family-led independent shoemaker in Naples, Italy. Started by Rafael’s father, he has since taken on the family firm and their craftsmanship combined with modernity produces the most beautiful handmade leather shoes. Some of the bigger known high-end brands they make for are testament to the league in which they operate, and they make for us too.
